FIT Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy

? All reservation cancellations must be received by Bushmans Kloof in writing;
? In the event of any confirmed reservation being cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be charged

Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation will be charged;
Cancellations made within 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged;
? In the event of a no show, the full accommodation payment will be considered a cancellation fee;
? Each cancellation will be treated fairly on its merits;
? We recommend that travel insurance is taken in order to assist the guest with the above cancellation penalties .

Standard Cancellation Policy over Festive Period (20 Dec 2022 5 Jan 2023)


? A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the number of room nights is reduced from the original booking or the booking is cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival;
? A 100% cancellation fee will be applied if the number of room nights is reduced from the original booking or the booking is cancelled within 30 days or less prior to arrival;
? A full cancellation fee will be applied if the booking is a no show;
? Each cancellation will be treated fairly on its merits

Covid Cancellation Policy


? For Covid-19 cancellation reasons (as below) guests may change or cancel the booking up to 6 days prior to arrival in the event of a COVID-19-related reason at home or in their travel destination and receive a full refund
or use their deposit as a future credit (within 12 months).
? All monies applied to a new booking are non-transferable and non-refundable.
? Applicable price of new arrival dates applies. All other standard terms and conditions apply to the booking. Special terms ar e subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time COVID-19-related reasons include

? The government in the guests country of residence restricts all but essential travel
? The government in the guests country of residence issues a travel advisory for the destination guests are travelling to
? The destination the guest is travelling to has entry restrictions in place that prohibit the guest from travelling, such as closed borders or extended quarantine requirements
? International flights are cancelled without alternative routing available for guest to use to reach the destination(s) in the itinerary

All groups are quoted individually based on their requirements and the time period requested;
