Provisional Bookings
· Provisional bookings made more than 3 months in advance, will be held for 7 days and then automatically released, unless otherwise authorised
· Provisional bookings made less than 3 months in advance, will only be held for 48 hours and then automatically released, unless otherwise authorised
· Should the above release times not be suitable, please feel free to contact us for alternate arrangements
All bookings must be confirmed in writing

FIT Reservations - 1 - 7 pax
· We require written confirmation accepting our terms and conditions
· Full pre-payment is required 30 (thirty) days prior to clients date of arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
· We reserve the right to cancel the reservation should we not receive this payment timeously
· Package bookings require 25% payment on confirmation and balance 30 days prior to arrival

Groups and Isibindi Package Bookings
· The word ''group'' applies to 8 or more full paying guests
· The Isibindi Package Booking means a booking for 1 or more persons staying for 5 or more nights at a selection of the Isibindi Africa Lodges
· Bookings taking up more than 50% of available rooms need to stay a minimum of 2 nights
· A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a group reservation or Isibindi Package
· Full Pre-payment is required 60 days prior to arrival

· Rhino Ridge can accommodate 1 additional child per Luxury Bush Villa. Family Safari Rooms available which accommodate 2 adults and minimum of 2 paying children and a maximum of 4 children. 3 children in one bedroom and 1 child sharing other bed room with 1 or 2 adults.
· 2 adults and 1 child sharing a luxury bush villa (extra bed in adults room)
0-3 years = no charge, 4 12 years = 50% of adult rate, 13 18 years = 75% of adult rate
· 2 adults and 2 children sharing a family room
0-12 years = 50% of adult rate, 13 18 years = 75% of adult rate
· Children of 3-6 years will be accommodated on a kiddies drive from 10am-12pm - no extra charge (with parent/guardian)
· Children 0-3 years may only go on game drives if a private vehicle is booked at additional cost.
· Children under 14 years are not permitted on bush walks
· Gorge walk suitable for children 10 years and older
· Triple Policy We regret that we are able to accommodate any persons over 18 years old in any rooms / tents at any of the lodges
· Children of 3-6 years will be accommodated on a kiddies drive from 10am-12pm - no extra charge. They will be required to have a guardian adult of the parents choice within the group booked. Children 0-3 years may only go on standard game drives if a private vehicle is booked at additional cost. There are no afternoon/evening game drives for children 3-6 years.

Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge - can accommodate 1 additional child per room in a Luxury Bush Villa.
Two family safari rooms are available which accommodate 2 adults and 2-3 children
