FIT Cancellation Policy
Group bookings, rates, payment and cancellation terms need to be negotiated on an ad hoc basis. Important to note here though is that a Group is deemed as such if the party occupies more than 60% of the beds at any given lodge.

Provisional reservations may be held for 14 days, thereafter must be released or confirmed with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance of payment is due on guest departure.
Penalty of 25% of the total reservation value if cancelled up to 61 days prior to arrival
Penalty of 100% penalty if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival

Festive Season bookings (15 December 5 January annually)
Provisional reservations may be held for 14 days, thereafter must be released or confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance of payment is due guest departure
In the event of any confirmed reservation being cancelled during the Festive Season, defined as 15 December 5 January annually, the following cancellation fees will be charged
Penalty of 50% of the total reservation value if cancelled up to 121 days prior to arrival
Penalty of 100% of total reservation value if cancelled 120 days or less prior to arrival

Child Policies (Supplier)
CHILD POLICY

· Children aged 10 years or older are welcome at Singita Sabora Tented Camp and Singita Mara River Tented Camp.
· Children of all ages are welcome at Singita Sasakwa Lodge, Faru Faru Lodge, Serengeti House and Explore.
· Infants under the age of 2 years will be accommodated free of charge at these lodges and camps.
· Children aged 2-16 years will be accommodated at 50% of the adult rate when sharing a standard Suite with one adult or another child.
· A single child accommodated in their own suite will attract the full adult rate.
· Triples are available on request. An additional room needs to be booked.
· Families of up to three members, including at least one child under the age of 10 years, are required to book and pay for the use of a private vehicle (subject to availability).
· Families of four or more members, including at least one child under the age of 10 years, are guaranteed the complimentary use of a private vehicle.
In the interest of safety, participation of children in game activities is at the discretion of the guide.
